About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Load Land Logistics Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize operational logistics, including the coordination of resources, personnel, and equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory levels.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, organized, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
