About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Mirae Investment Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Performance Reviews and Work Coordination: Conduct performance reviews, coordinate work assignments, and review progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Inventory Management and Procurement: Organize and maintain inventory levels, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Operational Planning and Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 30 to 44 hours per week schedule.
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language of work.
