About the Role

Mirae Investment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all logistics functions are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy, and work a regular 30-44 hour week.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or operations role.
  • Language: English.
