Position: Technical Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve client technical challenges utilizing SSIS as the ETL platform alongside our software
  • Design data integration solutions leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and our software
  • Create ETL packages that exemplify best practices and software functionalities
  • Organize and conduct technical training sessions
  • Identify and rectify client issues associated with our software products
  • Assist in the development of technical resources, including knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Formulate and implement test cases for products interfacing with enterprise applications
  • Manage client communications effectively
  • Apply technical expertise to guarantee customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of relational database systems and scripting
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, including database connectivity and web service access
  • Familiarity with performance tuning is advantageous
  • Background in software quality assurance is a plus
  • Understanding of XML, JSON, and OAuth is beneficial
  • Experience with applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, and SAP is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in training and consulting is an asset
