About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team at Ivaanta Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our business solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and business growth.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that drive business value.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to clients.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance on information systems strategy and policy.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
