About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Integration Services. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide awareness training to employees on creating a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
