Position: Data Integration Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues faced by clients utilizing SSIS as the ETL platform alongside our software solutions.
- Design and implement data integration solutions leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and our proprietary software.
- Create ETL packages that exemplify best practices and showcase software capabilities.
- Lead and conduct technical training sessions.
- Identify and rectify client-related issues concerning our software products.
- Assist in the development of technical resources, including knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Develop and perform test cases for products interacting with enterprise-level applications.
- Manage client communications effectively.
- Apply technical expertise to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of relational database systems and scripting languages.
- Experience in diagnosing technical challenges, including database connectivity and web service interactions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.
- Background in software quality assurance is advantageous.
- Understanding of XML, JSON, and OAuth is beneficial.
- Experience with various applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in training and consulting is a plus.
