Key Responsibilities- Provide professional leadership to the Pharmacy Team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure the Pharmacy Department operates efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of practice.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, patient care, and business performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other business functions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve pharmacy services and business performance.
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience.
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College.
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business, including operations, finance, and human resources.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work quickly, multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy software and systems.
