Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Luxury Beauty Retail Director to lead and inspire our retail teams across key accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in the beauty industry to shape the future of Charlotte Tilbury's retail presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key retailers, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned accounts.
- Provide expert guidance and support to retail teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging and exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, driving continuous optimization of retail operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the beauty or luxury industry, with a proven track record of success in retail management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (75%) to visit retail locations and collaborate with partners.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $152,000-$159,000 CAD
