About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash positioning and forecasting, optimize liquidity management, and ensure adequate funding for operational needs. You'll develop and implement strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency, manage relationships with financial institutions, and support secured and unsecured compliance and covenant reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize idle cash
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions to negotiate banking services and cash management solutions
  • Support secured and unsecured compliance and covenant reporting, including monthly servicing reports for securitization facilities
  • Support the planning and execution of secured and unsecured debt issuance, management of revolving facilities, and preparation of analytics and materials for lender and rating agency presentations
  • Prepare annual rating agency publications and investor reporting as required
  • Coordinate funding-related activities with various stakeholders, including Accounting and Cash Management teams
  • Use technology to drive efficiencies and identify cost savings opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate treasury/finance work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a complex, corporate Treasury function
  • Comprehensive problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, assess risk, and prepare financial reports
  • Cash Management experience, specifically experience working on cash forecasting, cash reconciliation, and bank fees management
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and comfortable being the liaison between Treasury and Accounting and operations (AP/AR) daily
  • Working knowledge of collateral reporting processes related to securitization programs is a plus
  • MS Suite with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Appreciation for coding languages (Python) and other tools (Power Bi, Alteryx) is a bonus
  • Prior experience with Bloomberg, ABS Suite, treasury workstation, accounting and reporting systems (SAP/OneStream) is a plus
