About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Corporate Client Group, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' treasury and cash management portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow our clients' treasury and cash management portfolios, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and risk management.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Risk Management: Work closely with our risk management teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with our clients' treasury and cash management activities.
  • Client Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to our clients on treasury and cash management matters, helping them to make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a treasury or cash management role, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders. Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
