We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at M&K XLINES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. This role will also involve arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Dispatch management service software experience
  • Electronic scheduler experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
