Position Overview

Join INFLUX TRANSPORTATION as a Flatbed Transport Operator in a permanent role. This position requires a commitment to excellence in transportation and logistics.

Work Details
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan or modify routes utilizing computer systems and GPS technology to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Safely load and unload freight.
  • Operate and drive flatbed trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring all vehicle aspects are monitored.
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch regarding transportation details.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo through proper tarping techniques.
Required Certifications
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (for semi-trailer trucks)
Documentation Skills
  • Familiarity with accident or incident reports
  • Knowledge of bill of lading
  • Experience with driver logbooks
  • Ability to complete inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
  • Understanding of maintenance and repair documentation
  • Capability to prepare trip reports
Equipment and Trucking Type
