Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at SIMNEET BUILDING MAINTENANCE-HARJINDER JOHAL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
