Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at K-LINE BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Clean and maintain equipment, including cranes, to ensure optimal performance.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure structural integrity.
- Participate in demolition activities to safely remove buildings and structures.
- Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
- Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants by following established protocols.
- Remove rubble and debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites to minimize disruptions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
- Hand-eye coordination and sound discrimination to operate equipment safely.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Reliability and accuracy in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
