Fleetex Transport Ltd. Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Mediate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure equity and fairness.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices to recommend improvements.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, organized, and a team player.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and reliability.
  • Values and ethics.
Work Environment:

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
