The FNMPC is a national, First Nation-led non-profit organization, created and governed by First Nations for the benefit of First Nations. It represents a diverse membership of over 150 First Nations across 12 provinces and territories in Canada.

Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
