Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all leads from various sources to convert them into sales.
  • Meet individual and departmental sales goals by promoting new business and contributing to the company's customer base.
  • Source new customers through prospecting and referral networks to expand our customer base.
  • Provide a superior customer experience by exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge by participating in product training and staying up-to-date on all vehicle models.
  • Set and achieve monthly productivity goals by planning and organizing strategies to reach objectives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers to establish trust and loyalty.
  • Willingness to work hard and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential in this role.
  • Self-starter with an outgoing attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Procedure-oriented with strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick adaptability to sales processes and the automotive market industry.
  • Superior customer care skills with the ability to follow through on leads and close sales.
  • Positive can-do attitude with a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
  • Valid VSA License is required.
