Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will provide expert clinical guidance and support to staff, students, and patients in medical, surgical, or specialized clinic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and clinical expertise to staff, students, and patients in designated clinical areas
  • Role model direct care skills to staff and students, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care and nursing education
  • Develop and revise education tools and plans based on identified learner needs and chart audits
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to develop and support individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities, and contribute to research and special projects
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
  • Three years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical specialty area, including one year of education and/or leadership experience
  • Completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
