Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, and review progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that inventory levels are within established parameters.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
