About the Role:We are seeking a friendly and approachable Banking Advisor to join our team. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and answering their questions
- Helping clients use our banking applications and ABMs
- Listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations
- Providing advice and offering transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
- Demonstrating the ability to build lasting business relationships
- Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement
- Referencing clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
