We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, providing expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
