We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including advice on financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
