We are in search of a seasoned business consultant to engage in one of our capital markets initiatives. The consultant will collaborate closely with proactive business stakeholders and technology teams on a diverse array of projects that vary in risk, scale, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop, update, and refine User Stories.
  • Identify and clarify business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to oversee applications and address business or technical alerts.
  • Communicate effectively and foster relationships with team members, stakeholders, and business partners through various techniques from initiation to completion.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze intricate regulatory requirements and convert them into actionable business specifications.
  • Conduct rules impact assessments and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Employ strong problem-solving abilities to resolve regulatory compliance challenges and rule ambiguities.
  • Demonstrate experience with the implementation of MiFID or II regulations.
  • Possess extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, field mappings, and transformation rules.
  • Familiarity with creating traceability matrices linking regulatory rules to business requirements.
  • Understand financial instruments relevant to MiFID regulation, including OTC Derivatives, Exchange-traded Derivatives, and Repurchase agreements.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Adapt swiftly to regulatory changes and document requirements accordingly.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying informed on regulatory updates.
  • Have familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
