About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Capital Markets to join our team at Colliers Int. As a key member of our Capital Markets group, you will play a critical role in executing our revenue and market share growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Senior Leaders to lead business development and client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining and expanding the client base.
  2. Manage and lead Junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, and other ad hoc projects.
  3. Develop strategies for pitches and present pitches to existing and potential clients.
  4. Establish and maintain strong client communication channels to further solidify team operations and promote the Capital Markets brand.
  5. Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to clients.
Requirements
  1. Real Estate license required, with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  2. Strong relationships with Investors, including REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large Institutional entities.
  3. Leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  5. Firm grasp and understanding of business needs, client needs, and cultural/financial realities of organizations and the marketplace.
  6. Resourcefulness, with a hands-on approach and ability to wear multiple hats.
