We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Document and maintain service desk procedures and knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented IT environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of ticketing management systems and ITIL philosophy
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows 10 desktop operating systems
