Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented IT environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of ticketing management systems and ITIL philosophy
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows 10 desktop operating systems
