Position Overview:
As a key player in the procurement and subcontract management team, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned subcontracts and leading the associated Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs). Your role will involve ensuring optimal program performance and implementing effective program controls and metrics for all assigned subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of all assigned subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain program controls and metrics for subcontract management.
- Support and execute subcontract risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure subcontractors meet or exceed Industrial and Technology Benefits (ITB) and Canadian Value Proposition (CVP) objectives.
- Act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for subcontracts/materials reporting, keeping leadership informed on progress and necessary corrective actions.
- Proactively address any issues with subcontractors to ensure program integrity.
- Utilize risk mitigation tools to minimize program risks associated with core suppliers and subcontractors, employing methodologies such as Risk Based Assessment Tool (RBAT) and Lean Six Sigma techniques.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Science, or Business from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or contract/subcontract administration, particularly in complex military or aerospace programs.
- Demonstrated strong contracting and program management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
