Inventory Management Associate at Nova Scotia Health Authority

Under the supervision of the Manager or their delegate, the Inventory Management Associate plays a crucial role in the reception, organization, distribution, replenishment, and monitoring of stock and supplies essential for healthcare services within the Nova Scotia Health Authority. This position ensures that the guiding principles and practices are seamlessly integrated into the services provided and the communications delivered.

The responsibilities of the Inventory Management Associate include:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
  • Commitment to engaging in continuous education and training programs
  • Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications and software
  • Exemplary planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with leadership capabilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage of $23.17
