We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Financial Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As an Indigenous Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and building strong relationships with the Indigenous community.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Financial Planning: Educate customers on financial products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Relationship Building: Nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Sales and Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the branch business, delivering against individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Financial Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to educate and advise customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
