Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.
  • Financial Planning: Create comprehensive financial plans for our customers, using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering against individual and team sales goals, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Scotiabank's products and services, and use this knowledge to educate and advise our customers.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Planning and Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and experience in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Professional Designations: Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
