Transportation Coordination Supervisor

Haulage North America Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficient workflow and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Task Organization: Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
- Logistics Oversight: Manage the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth processes.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to align activities and enhance productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and machinery.
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work.
- Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations for improvement.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on duties and organizational policies.
- Performance Management: Carry out performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work Assignment: Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
- Inventory Management: Manage requisitioning of materials, equipment, and supplies, while maintaining inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: Availability to work between 32 to 40 hours per week.
