Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our team, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upholds a professional and positive representation of the organization to all stakeholders.
- Manages incoming calls and facilitates outgoing communications as needed.
- Executes clerical tasks as delegated by various department heads.
- Processes payments and sells meal tickets to families.
- Monitors the entrance to maintain the safety and security of residents.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Office Coordinator and Director of Care.
- Complies with established policies and procedures related to quality assurance, safety, and infection control.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with office equipment is required.
- Excellent organizational abilities are crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
- Availability during weekdays and weekends is expected.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
