Machine Tool Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Tool Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • Promote and sell a comprehensive range of machine tool products, offering expert technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify customer requirements and recommend optimal equipment solutions.
  • Develop compelling proposals that address specific customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our products.
  • Provide insightful recommendations for improved materials or machinery, enhancing customer efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to resolve technical issues, assess engineering requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify sales opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in the machine tool sector.
  • Represent Waterford Executive at trade shows and industry events to expand our market reach and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within a machine tool environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, consistently exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.
