  • Participate in the design and implementation of new computer systems and networks.
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
