About the Role

Magna is seeking a skilled Time and Attendance Support Specialist to join our fast-growing HR systems team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day activities of Payroll and HR practitioners within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for Timekeeping and Payroll concepts
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets in a timely and effective manner
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on tasks and responsibilities
• Track, test, and communicate configuration updates

Requirements

• University education or equivalent in Business and/or Payroll related fields
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed root-cause analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide time-sensitive follow-up and resolutions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to meeting team goals
• Effective communication of technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Dayforce is an asset
• Proficiency in database management software and Microsoft Office Suite
