Job OverviewAs a Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for greeting residents and visitors with a warm smile and providing exceptional customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a strong background in customer service, a passion for going above and beyond, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse challenging situations.
Shifts AvailableKelowna
- On Call
- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary to work efficiently and communicate effectively with clients and support staff
- Ability to patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
- Ability to work in different environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Compensation$20.00 per hour
