Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Old Town Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and managing inventory
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high culinary standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Dependability, reliability, and strong team player skills
Work Environment:
