We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Grocery Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
