Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Systems and Data Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating across the People Services portfolio to enhance the current functioning and alignment of our Human Resources data, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and improve HR data and reporting processes
  • Assess and document current HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements
  • Develop and implement tools and resources to support HR process improvements
  • Provide system risk management and assessment to ensure data and process upgrades align with business objectives
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Provide business case analysis to support new processes and system changes
  • Collaborate with the Systems Lead to execute system enhancements and ensure functionality is maximized
  • Provide project management support for HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
  • CHRL or CHRP designation preferred
  • Project Management Professional, LEAN Six Sigma, Change Management certifications preferred
  • Five to seven years of experience in HRIS system experience, data analytics, HR systems configuration, and implementation
  • Experience working with Meditech and/or Virtuo HR would be considered an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $96,681.00 - $120,841.50
  • Hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite work required
