Restaurant Operations Manager

Ramen Bella is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Performance: Supervise and mentor our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Planning and Organization: Develop and implement operational plans, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Recruitment: Attract and hire talented individuals to join our team, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Service Offerings: Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, securing the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Details: This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
