Position Overview

Join our team at Rose's Heritage Inn as a dedicated Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs
  • Design menus and forecast food requirements
  • Order and manage kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes
  • Accommodate customers with dietary restrictions
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Organize and manage events such as buffets and banquets
