Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Assent Compliance. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and teams across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, talent development initiatives, and performance management processes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform HR decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on career development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent development.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's goals and objectives.
