IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for our technology systems via phone, chat, email, and desk-side assistance.
  • Think critically to anticipate potential issues or bottlenecks and identify possible solutions.
  • Participate in IT customer projects, including office moves, infrastructure deployments, and cloud services, and contribute to 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Safeguard the security of our information systems and networks by staying ahead of potential threats and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a Service Desk role, providing support in Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Certification in A+, Help Desk Professional, or ITIL foundations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in remote desktop management and support tools, as well as workstation configurations and desktop PCs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing best-in-class support.
  • Bonus: Experience with ServiceNow and bilingualism in English and French.
