This role is a dual-reporting position within the Human Resources and Payroll teams, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources & Payroll, and Manager of Payroll & Benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll functions, web support, data entry, records management, time and attendance, and administrative support functions. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to ensure priorities and deadlines are met. The candidate will also act as the first point of contact for Human Resources.

Qualifications: A Business Administration Diploma or Office Administration Certificate, plus 3 years of related payroll or accounting experience and training in a computerized payroll system, including benefits plan administration. Completion of Canadian Payroll Association courses towards Payroll Compliance Practitioner: Payroll Compliance Legislation and Payroll Fundamentals 1, and ongoing training with respect to regulations and legislation. The ideal candidate will have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office software, and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
