Customer Service Representative - Insurance

MCI, LC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and selling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell insurance products to customers and provide recommendations based on their needs
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
