The Role:

As a Property Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving intermediate property, farm, and commercial claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and interpret coverage to resolve intermediate property, farm, and commercial claims.
  • Evaluate damage and prepare estimates on property losses, including attending the scene of the loss.
  • Collaborate with vendors and government officials to facilitate settlement of the loss.
  • Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
  • Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of field property claims experience.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or pursuing it.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.
