- Staff Supervision: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.

- Work Schedule Management: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Licenses: Valid Security Guard License is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.

- Reliability: Dependable and trustworthy in all responsibilities.
