Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our showroom is always stocked with a wide range of vehicles.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchasing experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
