Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 1853955 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of our gas station, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop our sales team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- Language: English.
As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and crouching.
