Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 1853955 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
